Overview
At No Way Books, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. Due to the collectible nature of comics and books, we have a 15-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted only in specific cases to ensure fairness for both buyers and sellers.
Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
A return or replacement may be accepted if any of the following apply:
- The book or comic was torn or physically damaged
- Pages were missing
- One or more items were missing from the order
- An incorrect book or product was sent
- The parcel was not received
- A replacement copy is unavailable
All return requests must be raised within 15 days of delivery.
Buyer Ordered the Wrong Item
If you have ordered the wrong item, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging is intact
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following cases are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling
- Items showing signs of use beyond normal handling
- Books with tampered or missing UPC / serial numbers
- Requests raised after the return window
- Orders placed solely due to a price difference found elsewhere
- Variations in book covers due to different print editions

Refund Policy
Refunds are offered only in the following situations:
- A duplicate (double) order was placed accidentally
- The item is eligible for return but no replacement is available
In all other approved cases, we offer replacement or exchange only, not refunds.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds are not offered
- Approved cases will be handled through replacement or exchange only
Return Shipping & Process
- All return requests must be initiated by contacting us first. Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
- Returned items must be securely packed to prevent any further damage during transit. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected before any replacement or refund is approved.
- Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the returned product has successfully passed our quality inspection.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched or picked up by the courier partner:
- It cannot be cancelled
- It can only be processed under the return policy, if eligible
