Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all locations across India. Orders above ₹1,700 qualify for free shipping. For orders below that, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Will I get a tracking link after my order is dispatched?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
What is your return policy?
We have a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns or replacements are accepted in the following cases:
- The item arrived torn or physically damaged
- Pages were missing from the book or comic
- An item was missing from your order
- An incorrect product was sent
- Your parcel was not received
All return requests must be raised within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
What if I ordered the wrong item by mistake?
If you ordered the wrong item, you may return it within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and the original packaging is intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer in this case, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
When am I not eligible for a return?
The following are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Damage caused by misuse or mishandling
- Items showing signs of use beyond normal handling
- Books with tampered or missing UPC or serial numbers
- Requests raised after the return window has passed
- Orders placed due to a price difference found elsewhere
- Variations in book covers due to different print editions (cover images on the site are for reference only)
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are offered only if a duplicate order was placed accidentally, or if the item is eligible for return but no replacement copy is available. In all other approved cases, we offer a replacement or exchange. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are not available and approved cases are handled through replacement or exchange only.

Returned items are inspected before any replacement or refund is processed.
What comes inside the mystery box?
The contents are a surprise, that is the whole point! Each listing clearly mentions the number of items included, for example a pack of 5 or a pack of 10, so you always know what you are getting quantity-wise. The actual selection is random and curated by us.
Can I choose a theme or specific characters for my box?
Not at the moment. The mystery box is fully random and cannot be customised. Half the fun is not knowing what is coming!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking. Please note that Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been picked up by the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled and can only be processed under our return policy if eligible.
